Quick and easy tips for naturally beautiful skin.


Is your skin dull, dry and unhealthy?

If it is, then chances are you will try just about anything that promises to
help make your skin have that healthy glow we all long for. Having
beautiful healthy skin doesn't have to be that hard. It also doesn't require
spending a fortune on over-the-counter products, treatments and serums
that promise to banish wrinkles, dark spots, acne and other imperfections
overnight.


Today were going to go over some simple and easy tips that you can use
to help you get the healthy, beautiful and glowing skin you desire:

- Avoid wearing excess makeup and when you do make sure that you
cleanse your face thoroughly afterwards. Always avoid leaving makeup
on overnight!

- Always use a sunscreen and protect your skin when you go out in the
sun. Even on those days that are overcast and cloudy the sun's rays can
still do damage to your sensitive skin.

- Don't forget to protect your lips by using chap-stick or a lip balm with
SPF protection.

- Wash your face with warm water and a gentle cleanser at least once a
day. Be sure to avoid over scrubbing your skin, because it can cause it to
over produce oils, which can lead to breakouts and other unwanted side
effects. Cleansing helps eliminate dust and debris from your face by
cleaning the pores and promoting good circulation.

- Use a good moisturizer to protect the skin from dryness. To avoid the
need for two separate products look for a moisturizer with SPF
protection. One of the best times to apply moisturizer is after a bath as it
blocks the moisture of your skin.


- Water is essential for hydrating your skin, so as we discussed in your
last issue always be sure to drink at least eight glasses of water
every day. When you start following this simple tip you will see an
almost immediate improvement in the quality of your skin. Plus drinking
plenty of water is helpful for flushing toxins out of the body and in keeping
the complexion clear and glowing.

- Get plenty of sleep. Lack of sleep reeks havoc on every part of our
body, including your skin. It can lead to premature wrinkles, dry flaky
patches,  breakouts and more.

- A healthy and balanced diet is extremely in important to beautiful,
glowing skin. a healthy diet should consist of fresh fruits and vegetables.

- Exercise regularly. By following a regular exercise program you can
stimulate the blood flow to your entire body which in turn helps your skin
look healthier.

- Mix 1/4 cup of milk, 2 table spoons of sugar, then dip a cotton ball and
apply the milk all over the face and neck. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes
and then cleanse your face for a beautiful healthy glow.

- Make a paste by mixing a table spoon of Oatmeal with turmeric and
sugar. Then gently massage the paste on your face. Leave it for 2 to 3
minutes and wash it off. This gives your skin a smooth and refreshed
appearance.

These tips are simple and easy to follow. they are also more affordable
than costly salon treatments or over-the-counter products. The road to
beautiful skin doesn't have to be difficult in just need to find a routine that
works best for you and follow it every day.
